CAN THE DRIVER WAIT FOR ME?

Yes. Our standard service is to drop off and return when you are ready, however if you'd like, the driver can wait for you at your appointment. Please call us and ask for details.

I NEED TRANSPORTATION FOR A MULTI-DAY TRIP. CAN YOU HELP ME?

Absolutely. In fact, special rates apply to those setting up transports for 4+ weeks. Please call us and ask for details.

CAN I RESERVE YOUR SERVICE FOR OUT OF TOWN TRIPS?

C2C's network can get most patients from point A to point B, anywhere in the state of Alabama. There is a per-mile charge for every trip. If you’re traveling further than 25 miles one-way, there may be a Long Distance Surcharge. Advanced booking is recommended as approval for long distance trips are based on availability.

WHO PAYS FOR MY TRANSPORTATION SERVICES?

C2C can be booked directly through your insurance company (if included in your coverage) or privately. Reservations are secured by a credit card and must be paid prior to pick up. At this time, C2C does not accept cash or check. A patient’s facility may pay for C2C's services if the resident contract or Level of Care includes transportation benefits.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE BEFORE A TRIP?

Same-Day and future reservations can be made anytime. With Same-Day service, we ask for at least a 2-hour notice, and all reservations are subject to availability.

DO YOU PROVIDE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE VEHICLES?

At this time, C2C provides ambulatory services only. Keep in touch with us to be the first to know when we expand to wheelchair and stretcher services. All services are non-emergency, meaning you should call 911 if it’s truly an emergency.
